Well Good Morning!!! Today is the official day of my adventure! My goals are to get ready for the SIDS 5k walk/run in Oct. I am also going to walk everyday and do my best to hit the gym (pending Charlies work schedule of course). Right now I weight toooo much and I am giving myself 1 year from today to drop 119 lbs. that puts me at about 2 lbs a week. I has re-signed up at sparkspeople.com and I have stocked my kitchen with healthy goodness for the family and I. And so here we go!
